It occurred to me that I have little caches of resources for attaining and maintaining natural health all over the place, but no single location where they are ALL posted. Here is a beginning. Over time I hope to list all the great links that I know here so that I have a single address to refer people to:

I have been working on a database that cross-references Essential Nutrients to Physical Effects to the Natural Food Sources that contain the nutrients and stimulate the effects. I need this so that when people tell me they are having a problem with, say, their liver, I can immediately respond with the nutrients and foods that may help them.

I have been going over the essential nutrients charts again as I attempt to put together a "Second Life" presentation that will be easily comprehended by the masses. Common to all believable information sources are two annotations:

1. Essential nutrients are many times more effective when consumed in natural, balanced form through consumption of the foods that contain them, and,

2. Heat destroys many of the essential nutrients, making the foods that contain them unnatural and out of balance.

Anyone else been following Dr. Oz on Oprah?

Isn't it wonderful that modern medical science has "discovered" that your eating, drinking, thinking and smoking practices may, possibly, have an effect on your health?

At first glance, it would seem that the Communication Center has been abandoned. It really isn't as abandoned as you think.

I am told that the only thing that is absolutely certain is that everything will change. Just about everything about the Perfect Health: Naturally site and this Communication Center have changed dramatically. So be it.
