ABOUT
MICHAEL BUSCHMOHLE: A
professional of many and varied talents. He excels in every avenue
of the speaking profession: Speaker Training; Media Coaching;
Speech Writing, and as a Presenter himself. Michael helps people across
America communicate amazingly well. He's a speech writer (for clients
such as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in Washington State), a
newsletter editor, desktop publisher, cartoonist, graphic designer, and
an instructor at Bellevue Community College and the Police Academy. He's
the creator of Performance Mapping, an appraisal system used
internationally to evaluate employee job performance. He's a former
hospital Director of Training, hospital meeting planner, citywide
disaster preparedness meeting coordinator, and - believe it or not! - a
former Roman Catholic priest and monk.
PROFESSIONAL CREDITS: Michael has videotaped and critiqued
nearly 12,000 presentations of clients in business, government,
education, law enforcement, and the judicial system. Star of several
presentation skills videos, his speech coaching clients have appeared on
Oprah, Good Morning America and the Today Show. He's been invited to
conduct speech and communications workshops in 37 states, Canada, and
Mexico during the past three decades.

satisfying and convincing. Workshop participants and private clients

BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION: B.A. in Philosophy, M.A. in
Theology, with extensive study of business and management, media, radio
and television broadcasting, advertising, sales and marketing, psychology,
business writing, graphic art, cartooning, music, speech, and voice. He
is also a board member if THINK FIRST helping children prevent head and
spinal cord injuries. Married, with two children, his life has been

Learn easy ways to write catchy headlines, personal benefits, use testimonials and offers that inspire readers to take action - fast. Also a technique to make resume's irresistible. Plus, how to apply the best graphic design tips for good-looking, easy-to-read pages with layout, color, typefaces, pictures. 2. Speak Persuasively. Market yourself and motivate others with the spoken word - at meetings and conferences, on the phone, before the media, in job interviews. How to sound convincing by using stories, thirst-generating persuasive formulas, voice and delivery techniques used by broadcasters. How to look good by managing body language and your speaking jitters. (A one-day, 6-hour, workshop with fully illustrated handout. Ideally, participants would bring sample promotional materials or a speech they're working on for review and development during the session.)
2. Draw And Create. Learn how to make your own cartoons, easily, rapidly, demonstrating smiles, sadness, fright, surprise, anger, puzzlement, meanness, and sleepiness with both people and animals. Learn how to make stunning easel charts in ten easy steps. Discover seven tips for better printed marketing materials and learn how to create a personal marketing statement for yourself or your organization; then learn to turn it into a vision statement 3. Computer Tips . A computer is not a typewriter. You
will learn how to use worldwide standards of layout and spacing
