I did a very bad thing! No malice was intended--just
ignorance ...
But then I did it again. Then I kinda did it one more time!
... I am much wiser now. I won't be doing it again!
I was trying to save money on our client management
software.
This is the software that would have enabled me to keep you
and our other customers updated as the world around us
changes, had it worked.
The result was that MOST of our
customer data got deleted. We
lost our ability to contact you.
I have heard from many of you
that this has been somewhat
frustrating for you as well as us.
So, if I "lost" you in the shuffle, please accept my
sincere
apologies. Also, since apologies are seldom enough, I have
a plan which should make it up to you. I feel that you will find
this plan to provide you with great value.
Before I get into that, however, I must tell you about a
